We do not independently determine which legal document a client needs, interpret legal rights, provide legal opinions, recommend legal strategy, or advise clients regarding the legal effect of a document.

IMMIGRATION-RELATED MATTERS

For documents associated with an immigration matter, services are limited to permitted client-directed administrative tasks such as typing, translation, scanning, copying, printing, and organization of information and documents supplied by the client.

We do not determine immigration eligibility, choose immigration benefits or forms for clients, recommend filing strategies, decide what evidence a client should submit, interpret immigration law, advise how to answer substantive legal or eligibility questions, or represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, or other government agencies.

For legal advice, immigration eligibility questions, filing strategy, legal consequences, or representation, consult a licensed immigration attorney or federally authorized representative.

Government forms, fees, procedures, document requirements, mailing addresses, processing times, and agency policies can change without notice. Information appearing on this website may therefore become outdated.

Clients are responsible for confirming current government requirements when necessary. Government filing fees and third-party charges are separate from our service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
