Under Texas law, the notary fee is:

$10 per notarized signature

 

This is the state-regulated notarization fee.

The Certified Society operates as a professional mobile notary and loan signing service. In addition to the statutory notarization fee, we charge a service fee for:

 

• Travel to your location

• Immediate appointment scheduling

• Convenient meeting locations

• Same-day & emergency availability

• Administrative processing

• Appointment coordination

• Printing of documents (if required)

• Loan package handling

• Scan-backs for lenders & title companies

• After-hours availability

• Professional time & compliance oversight

Minimum Appointment Fee: $50

Our minimum service charge per appointment is $50, which includes:

 

1. $10 statutory notarization fee (one signature)

2. $40 professional service & booking

​

Additional notarizations, extended travel, printing, large loan packages, or specialized services may increase the total cost.
